Installation method of dental sandblasting machine
1. Poor sand production. Please check if the pressure reaches 4kg
or above, adjust the pressure regulating valve first, and then
check if there is too much or too little sand poured into the
container. When the pressure gauge shows pressure but the pen does
not sand, it is already blocked. Please unscrew the locking nut in
front of the pen holder for cleaning, then press the foot switch to
supply air, and finally tighten the locking nut.
2. During the use of the equipment, it is necessary to pay
attention to the cleaning of dust at all times, otherwise it may
cause poor contact of the electrical parts and affect normal use.
3. The amount of sand in the sand storage tank should not exceed
half of the tank's capacity to achieve the best results.
4. Used sand should not be reused to prevent blockages in the air
path
Usage of dental sandblasting machine
1. Firstly, tighten and secure each pipe joint.
2. Insert the power cord and foot switch cord into their respective
sockets, connect the power supply,
3. Unscrew the two sand cup covers and pour in sand, preferably at
half the height of the jar, otherwise it will affect the
sandblasting effect.
4. Step on the foot switch, adjust the pressure regulating valve,
and the machine can only
operate when the pressure is greater than 4 kg. Adjust the
directional control to sand the left and right pens.
5. When cleaning the sand inside the machine, unscrew the screw
directly below and lift the machine upwards. The sand will
naturally flow out from the screw hole.
Cautions:
1.While changing sand,please clean the top of the bottle and the
thread of the lid carefully with a brush, make sure the lid is
tightly closed.
2.Sand used in the bottle must be 120 meshes.
3.The nozzles are consumable accessories, please replace them after
they are worn out.
4.When using the sandblaster, avoid using the foot switch while
operating the directional valve to prevent sand from entering the
directional valve.
5.When the air tube is jammed, please remove the air tube which
connects to the bottle, clean the tube with air.
6.There is a build-in pressure limit valve in the sandblaster, when
the pressure gauge shows 4-5, the air releases automatically in
order to protect the machine and the user.
