How to repair ?
* Cut small piece down first from repair material .
* Glue it and the broken part.
* Put on the broken part when dying to dry.
* Press tightly .

* Open the valve , Connect the power of air pump.
* Put the entrance of the air pump insert the valve.
* Turn on the air pump.
* Close the valve when the balloon filled with air.
* Must be pay more attention about the valves , must be open it and
twist the inside sticks , then can connect the air pump and
inflate. Deflate is same way .
