DN50 Titanium Welding Neck Flange - ANSI B16.5 Ti-Pd Alloy WN Pipe
Connector / metal flange
Production Information
The DN50 Titanium Welding Neck Flange, conforming to ANSI B16.5
standards, is a high-performance metal flange designed for robust
pipe connections. Crafted from Ti-Pd alloy, this flange offers
exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for
demanding applications. Its welding neck design ensures a smooth,
reliable connection between pipes, enhancing the overall integrity
and durability of the piping system. Suitable for a variety of
industrial settings, this flange combines advanced material
properties with precise engineering to meet stringent performance
requirements.
Titanium flanges, made from titanium or titanium alloys, are used
to connect pipes and pipe ends. They can be cast, screwed, or
welded. A flange connection involves two flanges, a gasket, and
bolts and nuts. The gasket is placed between the sealing faces of
the flanges. When the nuts are tightened, the gasket deforms under
pressure, filling any surface irregularities and ensuring a tight,
leak-proof connection. Commonly used grades include TA0, TA1, TA2,
TA3, TA9, TA10, and TC4.
