1. Product Information
This titanium blind flange is designed for the chemical industry,
available in Grades 1, 2, 5, 7, and 12. It adheres to standards
such as ANSI B16.5, ASME B16.5, EN1092-1, JIS B2220, and
DIN2627-2628. The flange comes in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 30" NB
(NPS 1/2 - NPS 24 or DN 10 - 2000). It can handle pressures from
PN0.25 to 32 MPa, with various pressure ratings including PN6
through PN250, and LB ratings from 150 to 2500. The sealing
surfaces include RF, FF, TG, and RJ. The flange is forged and CNC
machined for precision.
