	Anodizing	Aluminum, titanium	Anodizing helps to resist corrosion, increase surface hardness, improve resistance to wear and dissipate heat. Type 2 anodizing, which allows us to add tints or dyes to your parts to enhance their looks. Type 3 is also available for surfaces that need to be extra hard.
	Painting	either plastic or metal	You can also have a soft-touch paint coating on almost any surface, either plastic or metal.This type of paint gives a matte-finished, non-slip texture that also blocks glare and hides fingerprints.
	Color Matching	either plastic or metal	We use advanced color spectrophotometers to make precise measurements of surface color, tint and reflectance. This helps us to match your color samples,and to ensure that we apply Pantone or other RGB colors exactly to your specifications.
	Brand or logo Processing	either plastic or metal	Pad Printing,Inexpensive and fast, single color at a time silk screen printing, make sophisticated multi-colored images, Laser marking, black or white, CNC machining logo, Clear depth, touchable.
	Sanding and Polishing	either plastic or metal	Sanding and polishing is not just useful to reduce surface roughness also used for painting preparation but also to creat the final surface effect.
	Blasting	Aliminum, titanium or steel	Spray some type of abrasive media onto the workpiece, used to clean and de-burr parts, while preparing them both mechanically and chemically for later surface finishes, Blasting also imparts unique textures, frosting, pebbling, etc.
	Brushing	All metal	We can provide brushed and satin surface on metal
	Powder Coating	All metal	This is a process where powdered paint is sprayed onto a parts that is then baked in an oven. This creats a strong, wear-and corrosion-resistant layer that is more durable than standard painting methods. A wide variety of colors are available to creat the desired aesthetic.

Sure, we appreciate to receive your samples, pictures or drafts with detailed dimensions for accurate quotation.

Q3.Will my drawings be divulged if you benefit?
No, we pay much attention to protect our customers’ privacy of drawings, signing NDA is also accepted if need.

Q4. Can you provide samples before mass production?
Sure, sample fee is needed, will be returned when mass production if possible.

Q5. How about the lead time?
Generally, 1-2 weeks for samples, 3-4 weeks for mass production.

Q6. How do you control the quality?
(1) Material inspection--Check the material surface and roughly dimension.
(2) Production first inspection--To ensure the critical dimension in mass production.
(3) Sampling inspection--Check the quality before sending to the warehouse.
(4) Pre-shipment inspection--100% inspected by QC assistants before shipment.
