2. Is the sample available? free?
Samples are customize and chargable.
3. What is the Delivery time?
For samples: around 7-20 days after payment. For Mass production:
around 20~25 days after receipt of deposit (Accurate delivery time
depends on specific items and quantities)
4. Can we sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes, we will never disclose customer information to anyone else,
and we have a software confidentiality system.
5. What is your MOQ?
Before each project starts, 1 piece is needed to verify the
performance, so in order to create value for our customers, there
is no MOQ requirement.
