    1. Describe


    The gas valve testing device vtu 500 GI is designed for effective testing of gas valves in 2-stroke
    marine gas engines. Well-functioning and non-leaking gas valves are essential for gas engines safety
    and provide an efficient combustion and therefore low fuel consumption.
    The testing device vtu 500 GI is designed according to the requirements of the engines to test
    the injector valves, window valves, block valves, closable non-return valve,relief valves and bleed valves.
    2. Features
    The gas valve testing device vtu 500 GI is a pneumatic/hydraulic test bench equipped with a
    supercharger, which is used to provide correct gas pressure for simulation. The nitrogen bottle
    should be provided by the user. The test unit is a special tool for testing gas valves both on board and in workshops.
    The gas valve testing devicevtu 500 GI is equipped with a combined valve seat related to the engine, which is used to test the injector valves, window valves, block valves, closable
    non-return valve,relief valves and bleed valves.
