1. Main functions of AIM Board
High voltage output control: AIM board is responsible for
controlling high voltage output, which is necessary to stimulate
the probe to emit ultrasound. When AIM board is working normally,
it can provide stable high voltage signal, so that the probe can
emit ultrasound normally.
Main clock signal supply: AIM board also provides main clock signal
for front-end circuit, which is the key to ensure synchronous
operation of the whole system. The stability and accuracy of main
clock signal are crucial to the clarity and accuracy of ultrasound
image.
Probe working voltage supply: AIM board is also responsible for
providing working voltage to the probe, ensuring that the probe can
normally receive and process echo signals reflected by human body.
2. Troubleshooting and repair
During the use of HD15 color ultrasound, if there are faults such
as failure to image or image quality degradation, it may be related
to AIM board. At this time, troubleshooting and repair can be
carried out through the following steps:
Observe the system startup: First observe the status of all power
indicator lights after the system is started. If the power supply
voltage output is normal, but the ultrasound image cannot be
