GE Gas Module M-CAIO M-CAIO-02 - This module is a gas monitoring or
gas delivery related product that can monitor or control gas
composition. It is designed for use with the S/5 monitor and its
main function is to provide airway and respiratory measurements.

1. Do not use the same module simultaneously on the same monitor
device. M-C, M-CO, M-COV, M-COVX, M-CAiO, M-CAiOV, M-CAiOVX and
M-CAiOVX/SERVICE are considered the same module.
2. The Compact Airway Module cannot be used in the expansion frame
F-EXT4.
3. Anesthetic and N2O values will not be displayed in the
Critical Care main software, but compensation for CO2 and O2 will
be calculated when they are present in the module.
4. Calibration is not recommended before the 30 minute warm-up
time.
► Maintenance
- Regularly check the connection lines, including power lines,
signal lines, etc., to see if they are loose, damaged or aged.
- Check the performance of the sensor and observe its response time
and stability.
- Check the overall operating status of the module to see if there
is abnormal heating, odor, noise, etc.
- Clean the module housing, wipe it with a clean, soft damp cloth
to remove dust and stains on the surface, and avoid using corrosive
or highly irritating detergents to prevent damage to the housing.
- Cleaning inside the module needs to be handled according to the
specific situation. If there is dust or debris inside, you can use
a small brush or other tools to clean it carefully, but be careful
to avoid touching sensitive parts and circuits.
