Product Introduction:
Seam welding, also known as roll welding , is a method of welding
workpieces together by using a pair of roller electrodes instead of
cylindrical electrodes for spot welding. The welded workpiece moves
between the rolling discs, producing sealed welds with overlapping
fusion nuclei. Generally, AC pulse current or amplitude modulated
current is used. Roll welding is widely used for thin plate welding
of sealed containers in oil drums, cans, radiators, aircraft and
car fuel tanks, rockets, and missiles. The general welding
thickness is within 3mm of the single board.
