How it works:
The working principle of the tire strip cutting and block cutting
machine is generally as follows:
- Feeding system: The waste tires to be processed are first
smoothly fed into the cutting area through the feeding system. The
feeding system must ensure that the tires can enter the next link
accurately and orderly to avoid jamming or position deviation. For
example, a conveyor belt or a specific feeding track is used to
realize the transportation of tires.
- Cutting system: This is the core part, which consists of a
cutter, a drive device, etc. When the tire reaches the cutting
position, the cutting system will start working according to the
preset program. The drive device drives the cutter to rotate at
high speed or reciprocate, and the cutter cuts the tire in a
specific way (such as shearing, sawing, etc.). For example, for
thinner tire parts, a rotating blade may be used for fast cutting;
for thicker or stronger parts, a reciprocating cutter may be used
to apply a greater cutting force. During the cutting process, the
sharpness of the cutter, cutting speed, cutting angle and other
parameters are precisely designed and adjusted to ensure that the
tire can be separated into strips and blocks of different
specifications efficiently and accurately. Moreover, in order to
adapt to different sizes and types of tires, the cutting system may
have a certain degree of adjustability, and can adjust the cutting
parameters in real time according to the actual situation.
- Control system: The system monitors and accurately adjusts the
entire cutting process in real time. It receives feedback signals
from various sensors (such as position sensors, pressure sensors,
etc.), understands the position of the tire, the force during the
cutting process and other information, and controls and adjusts the
feed speed, cutting speed, tool position, etc. accordingly based on
this information to ensure the stability and safety of the entire
processing process. For example, when the control system detects
that the tire position is inaccurate, it will adjust the feed
system in time to make it accurate; when it is found that the
cutting force is too large or too small, it will automatically
adjust the tool speed or feed rate to ensure that the cutting
effect meets the requirements. At the same time, the control system
also has fault monitoring and alarm functions. Once the equipment
has abnormal conditions, such as tool damage, motor failure, etc.,
it can issue an alarm in time and take corresponding protective
measures to avoid equipment damage and casualties.
