Incoloy 825 is a titanium stabilized fully austenitic
nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of copper and molybdenum.
Incoloy 825 features are:
High resistance to chloride induced stress corrosion
Good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion caused by
chlorides
Good oxidation and non-oxidative resistance to heat and acid
Good toughness, even in continuous operation at room temperature
and high temperature up to about 550°C
Some common applications for nickel alloys:
