Plastic Net Tower Packing Ring

Plastic Net Ring Packing is a mesh ring filler, its outer diameter equal to height, because plastic net tower packing ring wall has many square hole, so it called Net Ring. Depending on this specical structure, when liquid flows down wall surface, it will devide into many liquid interface. Each interface is like a filte ring membrane. When gas touching this interface, the particle will be separated by this inferface. The filler has the advantages of simple structure, light weight and not easy to be damaged, low pressure drop, high flux, high efficiency, low cost, is still widely used in bsorption tower, sulfuric acid tower, cooling tower and water treatment etc. It is widely used in packed bed columns for fertilizer industry.

Plastic random packing is made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chloridized polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). It has features such as high free volume, low pressure drop, low mass-transfer unit height, high flooding point, uniform gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency and so on, and the application temperature in media ranges from 60to 150. For these reasons it is widely used in the packing towers in petroleum industry, chemical industry, alkali-Chloride industry, coal gas industry and environmental protection, etc..
