Operating principle
The carton gluing section and the printing and die-cutting section
are connected, used, and operated synchronously so that the
cardboard that has been printed, die-cut, or slotted can smoothly
enter the carton gluing section. The baling machine is connected to
the carton gluing section. When the cardboard completes gluing,
folding, and correction, The pallets are transported to the baler.
The baler has a photoelectric sensor and transmits the signal to
the PLC. The PLC controls the operation of each part of the baler.
Machine parts selection:
1. Automatic glue supply, circulating glue, never glue break, no
need to manually add glue, saving time and effort. Suitable for all
kinds of glue.
2. Stainless steel glue coating wheel, corrosion-resistant,
wear-resistant, glue coating evenly, saving glue, the amount of
glue used is about one-third of the amount of manual glue coating.
3. The folding part is equipped with an adjustable multi-pass
pressing wheel set, which makes the carton folding smoother and the
gluing more beautiful and accurate.
4. The counting section corrects the carton stacking, and the
stacking and output are safe, stable, accurate and error-free. It
is digitally controlled and easy to operate. It can be input
without stopping the machine.
