- Introduction
- 1. All paper conveying belts can be moved independently. The paper
conveying belts are equipped with paper pressing wheels, fans, and
brushes to clean up the waste paper to the greatest extent. Guide

- 2. Gluing wheel: Made of stainless steel, more durable and
corrosion-resistant. The glue hopper is equipped with linear
guides, making position adjustment more convenient and accurate.
- 3. Folding part: The main function is to fold the carton down, and
use the correction plate to correct the pressure line for the
second time to fold the carton into a standard box.
- 4. For molding cleaning, if the scraping part and folding part have
not been cleaned up, the waste paper scraps will be cleaned again.

3. The folding part is equipped with an adjustable multi-pass

gluing more beautiful and accurate.
4. The counting section corrects the carton stacking, and the

is digitally controlled and easy to operate. It can be input

Safe operation:
1. Before taking up work, you must wear work clothes and work

2. After the crew arrives at work, check that there are no people
or debris within the operating range of the equipment. The
protective cover on the equipment must be intact and not loose.
3. Before starting the equipment, the bell should ring and the
alarm should be sounded. Only after re-confirming that no one is in
the operating range of the equipment can it be started up.
4. When the equipment is in operation, it is strictly forbidden to
touch all operating working surfaces with hands, and maintenance
and wiping work are not allowed. It is not allowed to cross the
running parts.
5. Crew members should strictly adhere to their posts according to
the division of labor, and are prohibited from skipping posts or
leaving their posts without permission. They should always pay
attention to the operation of the equipment.
6. When the equipment is in operation, it is strictly forbidden to
touch all operating working surfaces with hands, and maintenance
and wiping work are not allowed. It is not allowed to cross the
running parts.
