a polystyrene core. It is widely used in industrial settings for
water softening and desalination. Featuring a mildly alkaline
nature, this resin efficiently removes inorganic acid and silicate
ions in acidic to slightly alkaline conditions. Remarkably, it
exhibits high regeneration capabilities, large exchange capacity,
strong fouling resistance, and superb mechanical durability.
