The flotation machine is a machine that uses small bubbles or tiny
bubbles to make the impurities in the medium float to the surface.

water body that are close to the specific gravity of water and are
difficult to sink or float due to their own weight.
In terms of water supply and drainage, the pre-treated water
quality, except for some raw water bodies with more sand and sewage

particles. For example: algae in lakes, reservoirs and some rivers;
plant residues and fine colloidal impurities; dye particles in the
printing and dyeing industry; short fibers in the papermaking and

in electroplating and pickling wastewater; electrophoretic paint

very close to water. For these raw waters, if the traditional
sedimentation method is used, the effect will inevitably be very
poor, especially under low temperature conditions in winter, due to
the deterioration of coagulation and hydraulic conditions, the
treatment effect is more difficult to guarantee. It can be imagined
that if flocs that are difficult to settle are forced to sink, it
will be counterproductive. It is better to take advantage of the
situation and artificially introduce bubbles into the water to make
them adhere to the flocs, thereby greatly reducing the overall
density of the flocs, and forcing them to float up by the rising
speed of the bubbles, so as to achieve rapid solid-liquid
separation. In this sense, the emergence of flotation technology is
a revolution in gravity sedimentation, which has opened up a new
field of solid-liquid separation technology.
