Nickel fiber sintered felt is a felt made of finely spun nickel
fibers with unique properties, including high electrical and
thermal conductivity, chemical corrosion resistance, and
high-strength support properties. It is widely used in various
industrial and commercial applications such as insulation
materials, gaskets, heat shields and other mechanical components.
Nickel fiber sintered felt is made according to foreign technical
standards, using micron-grade pure nickel fiber, through a special
felting process and ultra-high temperature vacuum sintering
process. Compared with nickel mesh or nickel sintered porous plate,
nickel fiber felt has a good three-dimensional network porous
structure, with high porosity, large specific surface area, uniform
pore size distribution, strong corrosion resistance, good water
permeability, good heat dissipation, and high current High density,
low voltage, stable performance, longer service life, etc. These
advantages make nickel fiber mat perform well in a variety of
applications.
High-porosity nickel fiber sintered felt is a three-dimensional
nickel felt developed through a chemical process using metallic
nickel fibers. It is a new material with light weight, flexibility,
adjustable porosity and sintered felt.
The mechanical properties of our PTL help avoid deformation. During
compression or intermittent electricity, enhanced elasticity allows
the felt to compress. Even in uncontrolled environments, our PTL
remains unfazed, returning back to its original shape and
thickness.
