Design and Functions:
In the process of air flotation, a large number of fine and uniform
air bubbles (5~80um) are formed, thus forming a three-phase mixture
of air bubbles, water and floc (oil).
The air bubbles are used as carriers to fully mix and contact with
the suspended floc particles in the water, then turn into a floc
with air float to the surface of the liquid, so the machine can
separate impurities and purify the water quality through skimming
the scum .
The theoretical basis of the dissolved air process is Henry's law,
that is, in the dissolved air flotation system, air is dissolved in
water at high pressure and close to saturation, and it will be
released under reduced pressure to near atmospheric pressure, and
the dissolved supersaturated air is precipitated from water in the
form of tiny bubbles for air flotation.
