Screw elements

• The screw elements are processed by CNC thread grinding, and the three-dimensional meshing curve has high precision;
• All mix function are processed by machining centers, with good identity and strong process repeatability;
• The screw elements rotate in the same direction and clean each other, so they have good self-cleaning properties;

• Screw elements with different leads and lengths;

• Mix function at different angles, numbers or thicknesses;

• The screw is tightened with the screw head in the axial direction;

• The material of the screw elements is high-quality high-speed tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V, which is heat-treated by high-temperature vacuum quenching; overall hardness: HRC60-64. The screw elements is made by a machining center and processed by a curved surface forming grinder.
