Automatic shampoo Liquid Filling Machine
The servo control mechanism in this waterproof shampoo filling
machine ensures that the piston always reaches the same position,
resulting in a high degree of accuracy. Designed for filling
volumes ranging from 1000ml to 5000ml, this machine is ideal for
products with various chemical viscosities. It utilizes a piston
pump and is suitable for both plastic and PET bottles, meeting GMP
standards.
Faster processing is enabled by the variable speed filling, which
also allows for slow speed filling as necessary when approaching
the target volume. The user-friendly PLC control interface allows
for easy adjustment of all parameters and fine-tuning of dosages.
The filling volume can be easily and precisely adjusted on the
touch screen. Bottles are automatically conveyed, filled, and
discharged.
Additionally, this shampoo filling machine features a diving
filling system that prevents foaming and overfilling during the
filling process.
