This automatic cosmetics paste skincare cream filling and capping machine is designed for both glass and plastic jars. It is suitable for filling and capping jars with skincare creams, whether the cream is thick or thin. If the cream is particularly thick, the machine can be equipped with a heating and mixing function. The cosmetics filling machine can handle jars with either a single cap or dual caps, depending on client specifications, and can be fully automated as per customer requirements. The parts of the machine that come into contact with the product are made of either SS304 or SS316L stainless steel. Additionally, the filling machine can be connected to a transfer tank, allowing the material to be directly transferred to the machine via a rotary pump.

1. All electrical controls adhere to international standards, with major components being imported. The machine features frequency control and continuously adjustable running speed.

2. The filling volume is controlled intelligently via a touchscreen, allowing users to set the desired filling capacity. The machine can accommodate different bottle sizes without requiring part changes, making it easy to operate.

3. The machine is equipped with a specialized anti-drip filling head, ensuring a superior anti-drip effect and precise loading.

4. The machine includes a no-bottle, no-fill feature, with no spray nozzles. It also prevents capping and shuts down if no bottle is detected.

5. The filling head extends into the bottle up to 2/3 of its depth during filling and rises as it fills, minimizing liquid impact and bubble formation.

6. It features overload protection and an alarm system, enhancing safety and reliability.

7. The entire system is controlled by a PLC, and the color touchscreen simplifies operation.

8. Most of the machine is constructed from SS304 stainless steel, meeting GMP standards for special materials.

9. The high-precision pump cylinder includes a low-damping piston head and a modular design, ensuring a long service life.
