Automatic Paste/Cream Tube Filling and Sealing Machine
The automatic tube filling and sealing machine operates primarily on a transmission principle. It uses an
indexing mechanism to drive a turntable with fixtures for
intermittent movement, enabling the machine to perform a series of
functions including automatic tube feeding, marking, filling,
heating with a Swiss sealer, external cooling with a water cooler,
sealing, code embossing, trimming, and product ejection. The
machine ensures accurate filling, stable and adjustable heating
times, and produces neat, firm, and hygienic seals with smooth edge
cuts. Equipped with multiple working stations, it operates smoothly
and reliably to complete all tasks automatically.
Constructed from high-quality stainless steel for all parts in
contact with materials and related components, the machine includes
a quick-change device for easy disassembly and cleaning. For
materials requiring heating and insulation, an external heating
constant temperature device can be installed. This machine is
suitable for packaging with plastic and composite pipes and is
ideal for industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, adhesives,
shoe polish, and other related fields.
