Equipment working principle
The confidence axis of the fine jaw crusher is divided into two
parts, with the same stopping axis and opposite eccentric
directions. Each county hangs a moving jaw in each part, and the
motor drives the eccentric shaft through a triangular belt and a
groove wheel. When the eccentric shaft rotates, the moving jaw
moves back and forth according to the eccentric track. When one
moving jaw moves towards the fixed plate to crush the material, the
other moving jaw moves away from the fixed plate to discharge the
material, alternately completing the entire process, thereby
crushing the material entering the crushing chamber.

3. If the bearing oil temperature rises, the vehicle should be
stopped immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.
4. If there is any impact sound during the operation of the
rotating gear, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and
eliminated.
