PP/PS blister packaging sheet production line is an important part
of modern production equipment, mainly used for the production of
high quality PP (polypropylene) and PS (polystyrene) blister
packaging sheet.
I. production line composition
PP/PS blister packaging sheet production line usually includes the
following main parts:
Extruder: The extruder is the core equipment of the entire production line,
which is used to heat and melt the plastic raw material (PP or PS),
and extrude the molten plastic into sheets through a screw.
Die (extrusion die) : Die is an important part for plastic extrusion molding, and its
structure determines the shape and size of the extrusion sheet. The
die head is usually made of metal material and has a certain flow
path structure.
Cooling system: The cooling system is used to quickly cool the extruded hot
plastic sheet, allowing it to cure and form. The cooling system
usually includes a water cooling device and an wind cooling device.
Sheet traction device: The sheet traction device is used to pull the extruded plastic
sheet off the extruder and maintain a certain traction speed so
that the sheet can be evenly stretched and cooled.
Cutting device: The cutting device is used to cut the extruded plastic sheet to a
certain length for subsequent processing and packaging.
Tension control system: The tension control system is used to
control the tension of the extruded sheet to ensure the stability
of the sheet throughout the production process.
Control system: The control system is used for automatic control and monitoring
of the entire production line, including the adjustment and
monitoring of parameters such as temperature, speed and pressure of
the extruder.

PP/PS blister packaging sheet has excellent physical properties and
thermoplastic properties, and is widely used in various fields,
such as:
