construction, furniture and office decoration, edge banding,
thermoforming & packaging, external wall decoration, stationery,
etc.
Main characteristic:Good plasticizing effects, high strength, can be transparent or
color. High production efficiency, can be instead of PVC
calendaring sheet.
Features of PVC sheet machine
· PVC sheet extrusion machine, the simple structure extrusion line.
· Independent R&D conical twin screw extruder for PVC powder
material, ensure the extruder with better plasticizing and good
material dispersion. Making the good color surface of sheet.
· Venting conical extruder.
· Material feeding is automatic, with the auto alarm of empty
loader. If the material is missing or abnormal condition occurs,
the system will send out alarm information.
Our machine is of high intelligence. The unique function of "key to
acceleration" can realize low speed adjustment, high speed
production without fluctuation, with the high stability.
The humanization design style makes the operation simpler and
maintenance more convenient.

· HMI centralized control. One screen panel for operation.
· Digital network system, remote fault diagnosis and remote
maintenance can be realized by HMI.
· SIEMENS series CPU. SIMENS servo motor and inverter control.
