Polyester wire is widely used in modern agricultural greenhouse projects. Its products are mainly black and transparent two colors, black polyester wire is mainly used for greenhouse curtain system and outdoor awning, to support the film line. The product can also be used as a support line for vineyards; Transparent polyester wire is used as an alternative to metal structures in parts of the interior. Polyester wire has high strength, not easy to break, smooth surface, acid and alkali resistance, UV radiation resistance, weathering resistance and other characteristics, so long service life, by the majority of users trust and love, is the best substitute for iron wire, steel wire.

Feature:

1. UV anti-ultraviolet stability: polyester line has a long life, in southern Europe on transparent polyester line more than 30
months of outdoor use tests show that the tensile strength of polyester line is reduced by less than 3%, black polyester line strength reduction is less. This means that polyester wire has a long service life in various greenhouse conditions (glass, plastic film, etc.) and outdoor conditions.

2. Thermal stability: polyester wire can completely maintain its mechanical properties and geometric size unchanged at the ambient temperature of -40℃~70℃.

3. Tensile characteristics: compared with nylon wire, polyester wire has a lower tensile rate, so it can be easily and quickly
tensioned, and once it is tensioned, polyester wire will maintain this tensioned state without having to re-tensioned. This
characteristic of polyester wire is different from other nylon or monofilament fiber wires with lower strength and need to be re-tensioned.

4. Permanent smooth: polyester wire does not absorb moisture, so after many years of use, its surface is still smooth as before, no burrs appear. The surface smoothness of the polyester wire has a positive effect on the sunshade insulation curtain supported by it, avoiding the wear of the sunshade insulation curtain.
