JM 26 Light Weight Mullite Insulation Brick refers to a heat-insulating refractory product made of bauxite with
an Al2O3 content of not less than 48%.
JM 26 Light Weight Mullite Insulation Brick are mainly made of bauxite clinker, combined with clay as raw
materials, mixed with binders and sawdust.
Production process:
JM 26 Light Weight Mullite Insulation Brick includes five parts: preparation of foaming agent, preparation of
foam slurry, molding, drying and firing.
(1) Preparation of foaming agent.
(2) Modulation of foam mud.
(3) Forming.
(4) Dry.
(5) Firing.
