Product description:

This product serves as an internal release agent specifically designed for PU-systems. It comes in a ready-to-use form and should be added directly to the Polyol or Isocyanate components. One of its remarkable features is its ability to produce excellent matte surfaces on the manufactured parts. As a result, these parts can be painted directly without the need for degreasing. Furthermore, it effectively minimizes the build-up on moulds, ensuring smoother and more efficient production processes

Application:

• Begin by meticulously cleaning the mould.
• Apply a thin layer of a mould sealer to prepare the surface.
• Incorporate our internal release agent, Lubekote 9551, into the Polyol component. Ensure continuous stirring of the mixture.
• Proceed to initiate the production process.

Handling precautions

For industrial use only. The usual care by handling chemicals must be noticed. Keep container tightly sealed and store at room temperature. Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be avoided. Accidental splashes in the eye should be washed out with copious amounts of water.
