Lubekote Anti-stick Spacer for Rubber Products
Rubber spacer is a film spacer in rubber processing, is a class of
operational additives, LubeKote anti-stick Spacer aqueous solution
can form a thin layer of isolation film on the surface of the
rubber material, its main role is to prevent the film or
semi-finished surface of the mutual bonding. It is often used in plasticizing, mixing, pressing and forming of
raw rubber and rubber materials to prevent the adhesion of
unvulcanized film and mixed film during parking.
It is suitable for the common anti-stick isolation process for all
kinds of raw rubber and synthetic rubber and the release process
for high-pressure hose extrusion.

It is suitable for all rubber products, because it can give the
rubber surface good smoothness, so in each process can effectively
prevent the adhesion between the rubber.
It is diluted with water and then used. Compared with traditional
powder isolators, it will not cause working environment pollution
and human health problems caused by uneven application of raw
rubber surface or powder flying everywhere;
This product will not affect the bonding between rubber layers
after vulcanization, and achieve thorough bonding between rubber
layers, will not affect the physical properties of vulcanized
products.
The processed product has a beautiful and smooth surface, no slip
phenomenon, and a clean operating environment on site;
Rubber products will not bring pollution traces and other problems,
so it is a new type of environmental protection products, harmless
to the human body, non-corrosive.
If used as a stripping agent, the stripping effect is excellent,
and the surface of the product after vulcanization is smooth and
clean as new.

For industrial use only.
Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be
avoided. Accidental splashes in the eye should be washed out with
copious amounts of water.
Do not allow product to freeze.
