Certification Introduction
The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of the Philippines is responsible for regulating wireless and telecommunications services in the Philippines. All wireless and telecommunications products entering the Philippine market must obtain the Philippines NTC certification license.

Certification classification
NTC certification is divided into Type Approval and Type Acceptance:
1. Type Approval is for telecommunications products such as telephones and fax machines.
2. Type Acceptance is for wireless products.
NTC accepts EMC&RF&TELECOM test reports of CE, FCC, IC, C-tick and other standards and safety reports recognized by CB or NB.
Applicable product range
NTC certification is a wireless certification in the Philippines, targeting telecommunications equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment. The existing mandatory regulations for mobile communication products have been expanded to wireless-related products.

Application process
1. Fill in the application form and authorization letter
2. The customer signs back the authorization letter and submits the relevant test report
3. Submit the official application
4. Official review and send the review email to the laboratory issuing the report
5. Issue the certificate

e.SAR report-(mobile phone and WWAN tablet)

Notes:

1. Except for the RF report, other test reports should be based on the final product;

2. For the RF report, the module's RF report can replace the final product's RF report;

3. Priority of the RF part: module NTC certificate > FCC report > CE report

Authorization

Moreover, LCS won many authorized qualifications both domestic and overseas. LCS is recognized as IEC/ISO17025 laboratories accepted by CNAS and NVLAP, accredited by CPSC, CMA, accredited for CQC, ISTA, CBTL, SASO, SABS. Meanwhile LCS become laboratory authorized by TUV, BQTF issued by the SIG. LCS had also signed cooperation agreements with FCC, ISED, ETL, CEC, UL, E-Mark, CETECOM, KTC, SAA Approval and many other authoritative institutions, hence we can provide our clients with efficient and professional service for product test and certification.
