Production Description
Biological Deodorzation box is another innovative biofilm reactor that has been paid much
attention by researchers in recent years. It is developed by the
complicated operation of fluidizing the carrier, clogging the
submerged biological filter, cleaning the filter material and
replacing the aerator.
The basic design idea is to be able to operate continuously,
without clogging, without backwashing, with small head loss and
large specific surface area. This can be achieved by growing
biofilms on smaller support units that move freely with the water
flow in the reactor.
In box, the carrier is moved by aeration; in anoxic/anaerobic
reactors, the carrier is moved by mechanical stirring. In order to
prevent the loss of packing in the reactor, a porous filter can be
installed at the outlet of the reactor . MBBR is generally a cuboid
