Lubekote 9120M-2 is a lubricant and release system specially
formulated for polyurethane. It can be well used in shoe sole
industries. Factories can benefit from its high dilution ratio. It is water based with no

Application:
The mold should be thoroughly cleaned. The release agent should be
well stirred before use. For shoe sole application it can be
diluted by adding 30-50 parts of water. It is best to use deionized
water. Apply a thin coat of Lubekote 9120M-2. After the water has evaporated start the production.
Handling precautions:
For industrial use only. Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be
avoided. Accidental splashes in the eye should be washed out with
copious amounts of water. Do not allow product to freeze.
