Clinic applications:
1. Epididymal secretion substances, recommended functional
evaluation indicators by WHO;
2. Combined detection with fructose can locate the site of
obstruction in obstructive azoospermia;
3. Bilateral ejaculatory duct obstruction, congenital absence of
epididymis, underdeveloped epididymis,
epididymitis, incomplete ejaculation, and excessive ejaculation may
all lead to extremely low NAG.
