Product Overview

The charcoal briquette machine (also called coal bar extruder) is a coal bar forming equipment that uses the principle of screw extrusion to compress the modulated pulverised coal into a predetermined shape with a certain strength. It is one of the main equipments in the complete set of fuel moulding section of ammonia fertilizer plant and gas plant gas making system, which is a new process of extruding the fuel pulverised coal into round (or hexagonal or square) coal bar with certain strength, and then burn it into the gas making furnace to replace the traditional process of burning briquettes and briquettes to make gas.
