For the repair and manufacture of pumps, motors, and cylinders, it undertakes examinations on hydraulic pumps (open, closed, and double open types), hydraulic motors (high speed), and conducts auxiliary tests on hydraulic cylinders and valves.

The test items include:

1. Displacement Test: Comprising no-load pressure and discharge measurement.
2. Volume Efficiency Test: Measuring the volume efficiency under rated operating conditions.
3. Power Test: Covering start power, rated power, and overload power.
4. Overload Test: Determining the maximum displacement of the hydraulic pump or motor (high speed), nominal speed, 110% of the rated pressure, or the maximum pressure for an operation of 1 minute or less.
5. Torque Test: Involving the input torque of the hydraulic pump and the shaft end torque of the hydraulic motor (reverse test).
6. External Leakage Test: During the above tests, the leakage of the sealing components is inspected.
7. Auxiliary Tests for Hydraulic Valves and Hydraulic Cylinders, etc.

The function and parameters of the test bench are as follows:

1. Drive Mode: Motor-driven, with a power of 110kw + 22KW + 22KW + 0.75KW.
2. Speed Mode: Frequency control ranging from 0 to 3000r/min.
3. Loading Mode: The computer proportional relief valve enables two-way loading up to 40MPa, being capable of testing duplex pumps.
4. Maximum Flow Rate: ≤ 500L/min. The maximum flow rate of the low-pressure auxiliary system is ≤ 330L/min.
5. Maximum Pressure of the Auxiliary System: 35MPa.
6. The maximum flow rate of the high-pressure auxiliary system is 34L/min. The maximum pressure of the auxiliary system is 31.5MPa.
7. Temperature Range of the Test Bench: Within 0 - 60ºC.
8. It is equipped with an air-cooling radiator.
9. Power Requirements: AC380V 300A.
10. Sensors and Control Power Supply: DC24V.
11. The computer automatically generates test reports, curves, acquires data, and enables print output.
12. Display Mode: Providing a digital display of speed, flow, pressure, and torque. Oil supply is via self-priming and forced oil supply.
13. Test Components: The main tests are on open hydraulic pumps, double open pumps, closed pumps, and high-speed hydraulic motors. It also assists in testing hydraulic valves and hydraulic cylinders, etc.
14. It is capable of testing both clockwise and counterclockwise rotations.
15. It is equipped with an oil filter for recycling leaked oil.
16. It features a 4-grade filter with an alarm function.
17. Oil Tank Volume: As per the customer's request.
18. The supplier is responsible for equipment installation and commissioning.
