The compact structure of a bellow sealed globe valve is utilized to
balance the pressure. The Valve is constructed with bellows rather
than sttuffing boxes, as is the case with all other valves. Because
the valve is entirely closed, the seal prevents leaking. The bellow
seal Globe Valve is designed for use in pipelines carrying steam,
flammable, explosive, or hazardous media. This sort of valve does
not require a flow rate that is fully open or fully closed. Even if
the bellows are broken, this valve may resist leaking due to valve
system packing because of its structure.

Product features:
1. The key component of the bellows globe valve is the metal
bellows. The lower end is automatically welded to the valve stem
assembly, and the upper end is automatically welded to the
connecting plate to form a metal barrier between the fluid medium
and the atmosphere, ensuring zero leakage of the valve stem.
2. The valve disc adopts a conical design, with a streamlined
sealing surface and medium, resulting in better sealing performance
and longer service life.
3. Dual sealing design (bellows+packing): If the bellows fails, the
valve stem packing will also avoid leakage and comply with
international sealing standards.
4. The valve cover comes with a grease fitting, which can directly
lubricate the valve stem, nut, and shaft sleeve. Traditional globe
valves can only lubricate the threads.
