Dust collector, impurity collector, auxiliary equipment for biomass
gasifier
The working principle of the cyclone dust collector is that the
inner cylinder and the outer cylinder show spiral motion after the
dust gas enters from the air inlet.After entering the inner
cylinder, centrifugal force is generated due to the circular motion
of dusty gas. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust
particles are separated from the airflow and trapped in the wall of
the device. Then, the dust particles fall into the dust hopper with
the help of gravity, and the purified gas is discharged upward from
the inner cylinder.
It is mainly used to remove the non-fibrous and non-cohesive dust
with high density in the industrial waste gas, and can be used in
the ventilation dust removal and material recovery system of
metallurgical refractory coal chemical industry and electric power
industry, especially suitable for the initial purification of
high-temperature flue gas.
