1. Introduction of PVC PC PETG Plastic SIM ID Card Lamination A3 Smart Card Laminating
Machine YLL-16A3S
Plastic Card Laminator YLL-16A3S is designed to laminate the bonded
PVC sheet assembly into the thicker PVC sheets to be punched. It
has one tower with 3 hot openings and 3 cooling openings. It is
controlled by PLC which can ensure reliable and precise lamination
effect. Plastic Card Laminator YLL-16A3S is also named as Smart
Card Pressing Machine or Card Laminating Machine YLL-16A3S.
The machine uses the advance laminating technology for normal
Magnetic Stripe Card, various Contact & Contactless smart card and
prepaid card's production. With heating and cooling towers, PLC
control, double liquid compressor pump plus 4 pressure tanks to
compress the sheet for the lamination.
