QL zero-stage air purifier (air hydrocarbon removal unit) adopts a new type of high-performance catalyst, which has better hydrocarbon removal effect, faster speed, 400 ℃ temperature and safer use. After the compressed and dried air is entered into the air purifier, the stainless steel furnace full of precious metal catalysts is oxidized, and the pure air with less hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide than 0.1ppm is obtained. The pure air enters a three-stage purification device equipped with molecular sieves, removing 99.99% of the air particles with a particle size of 0.5 microns, and finally forming dry, pure zero-level air.

Saikesaisi is cooperative unit of Chinese Academy of Sciences and an ISO / TC197 member unit. We participate in drafting three national standards for hydrogen production from electrolytic water and possess over twenty independent intellectual property rights. Besides, in 2018, we undertook the national key research and development plan project "MW-level solid polymer electrolyte electrolytic water hydrogen production technology", and has achieved MW-level PEM hydrogen generation station and fluctuating wind photovoltaic renewable energy coupled large-scale hydrogen energy storage technology landing. Meanwhile, we undertook the key research and development project of Shandong Province in 2019 (2019JZZY010905), and set up an academician workstation and was granted as "PEM hydrogen generation system engineering laboratory" to drive forward the development of hydrogen energy.
