Static Screen Work Process
The main body of the static screen is a stainless steel curved or
flat filter screen made of wedge-shaped steel rods. The wastewater
to be treated passes through the weir and is evenly distributed to
the inclined screen surface. Since the surface of the screen is
small and smooth, the back gap is large, the drainage is smooth, it
is difficult to block. The solid matter is trapped, and the
filtered water flows out from the gap of the sieve plate. At the
same time, under the action of hydraulic force, the solid matter is
pushed to the lower end of the sieve plate to discharge, thereby
achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
