SWP-1300 Crusher is a custom crusher for SPC flooring tile defectives with an inlet dimension(L*W) of 1300*450mm.
The wide inlet can easily take the SPC defectives from extrusion line with a width of 1220mm(4ft) directly.The powerful crushing mechanism composed of an rotor with 3 sets of tooth blades arranged equilateral triangularly and 2 sets of opposed stationary blades. Crushing capacity is up to 1300~1500kg/hr.Blades are made of (9GrSi) high-quality alloy steel or SKD11, compared with ordinary materials, it has stronger wear resistance and impact resistance. And after long-term use, the blade can be reground and used repeatedly, which greatly reduces the cost.
