Air-Cooled Constant Temperature And Humidity Air Conditioning Unit
Strictly follow industry standards and provide efficient cooling,
heating, humidification, dehumidification, purification and
sterilization functions. The unit is divided into two series:
water-cooled and air-cooled.
The air volume range of the air-cooled unit is 2000-50000m³/h, the
cooling capacity is 14-256KW, and the air volume range of the
water-cooled unit is 1500-65500m³/h, the cooling capacity is
12-1170KW, which can meet the constant temperature and humidity
adjustment requirements of various process conditions. The unit
supports mixed air and fresh air series, with flexible cooling
methods to ensure the temperature of the air-conditioned room is
20-26℃ and the humidity is 40-65%. The unit adopts multiple
filtration and sterilization technology to ensure clean air supply,
realize intelligent control, and achieve high efficiency and energy
saving. It is suitable for working conditions with various process
requirements to ensure a safe constant temperature, constant
humidity, and sterile air-conditioning environment.
Features:
The unit is designed for efficient cooling, heating, constant
temperature and humidity clean design, using R410A or 134A
environmentally friendly refrigerant and DC variable frequency
scroll compressor to ensure stable and reliable operation.
High-frequency electronic expansion valve with high-efficiency heat
exchanger, high-efficiency energy-saving EC fan power factor close
to 1, to achieve high-efficiency cooling/heating, maximum cooling
energy efficiency EER>4.0 or above. The unit adopts
international standard design, unit Modbus communication control,
through CRAA certification, with high-strength clean box, multiple
clean dust-free design, equipped with high-efficiency corrugated or
double shutter hydrophilic aluminum fins. The unit has convenient
maintenance, including multi-stage closed filter G4, F6-F8,
H13-H14, high-precision electrode type, electric heating type,
high-pressure micro-mist humidifier, high-sealed positive and
negative pressure inspection door, etc., to ensure efficient,
low-noise and stable operation. Controller
Adopting microcomputer control, the unit operation parameters are
automatically adjusted by the microcomputer system control.

All relevant control parameters, including the priority of all
control methods, can be set through Modbus communication. The fan
has its own pressure nozzle, which is connected to the wind
pressure sensor and inputs information to the fan control system,
which can realize automatic linkage adjustment with the variable
frequency DC compressor after the wind pressure changes, and
realize energy-saving operation under variable working conditions
and loads.
