Helpful hints:
If need to connect with car,motorcycle, and needs high security
product,suggest to high pixel fingerprint module, like
K202+R503,K215-V1.3+R503,KL216 +R503 board and so on.
The KL261+R558S/R558 used low sensing array, only have 112*88
pixel, when register fingerprint, you have to put multiple time in
register fingerprint.
If you have high requirements for products and design, we suggest
you can chose R503,R502-A serials products, like
K202+R503,K215-V1.3+R503,KL216 +R503 board and so on.
KL261 Operation Instruction
1.Register Administrator Fingerprint: Long press the SET button,release finger when the fingerprint
module shows purple indicator light and flash fast,put the same
admin finger with multiple times in fingerprint collection area
until hearing music means fingerprint register successful.
Fingerprint can be registered continuously and it can register 20
pieces administrator fingerprint; if no need adding fingerprint
more, waiting a few seconds to exit. If the administrator is fully
registered,it will automatically exit the administrator
registration state after hear "DiDiDi". It will start register user
fingerprint if press SET button again.
2.Register User Fingerprint: Press the administrator fingerprint until shows blue indicator
light and hear the music,means can add user fingerprint. Put the
same user finger with multiple times in fingerprint collection area
until hearing music means fingerprint register
successful.Fingerprint can be registered continuously when system
in register state; if no need adding fingerprint more, waiting a
few seconds.
3.Delete User Fingerprint: Press the administrator fingerprint until shows red indicator light
and hear "DiDiDi" beep and music,means user fingerprints are
deleted.
4.Jog Mode Relay Time Setting: Long press the SET button,release finger when hear "DiDi" beep and
the fingerprint module shows yellow indicator light and flash fast.
Then short press the SET button, each press increases by 0.5
seconds, increasing from 0. The Max setting time is 4 hours.
5.Self-locking Mode: Long press the SET button,release finger when hear "DiDiDi" beep
and the fingerprint module shows cyan indicator light and flash
fast. In this mode, relay closed when fingerprint passed, relay
will be released when pass fingerprint again.
6.Ignition Mode: Long press the SET button,release finger when hear "DiDiDiDi" beep
and the fingerprint module shows green indicator light and flash
fast. In this mode, relay closed when fingerprint passed, relay
will be released when removing finger.
7.Back to factory default: Long press the SET button,until hear "DiDiDiDiDiDi" beep, the
fingerprint module shows red indicator light and flash fast,hear
music and the module flash green and white light,means
initialization operation successful.
Note:
1.Any fingerprint can be used in the factory state, but the
function will be invalid after the fingerprint is registered.
