Metal cleaning powder Description:

Metal cleaning powder can clean the oil stains on workpieces during sandblast. There will be no fire during shot blasting.

It can avoid the contamination of blasting media, blasting system and surfaces of working pieces to against the pre of post cleaning.

Media Washing Principle

In practice, a powder-form mixture of different inorganic mineral components has proven to be the additive which can be most simply combined with the operating mix. The additive is comprised of microscopically tiny thin platelets, which position themselves on the oil wetting of metal surfaces. Following the mixing of the additive with the blasting shot within 15 - 30minutes by normal circulation it is immediately ready for use.
With the degreasing additive Principle, this is taken into consideration in so far as it utilises the adhesion effect instead of suction. It has the different function as oil binder, cat litter or sawdust.
