I.INTERMEDIATE FREQUENCY HEATER

Induction heating power supply is widely applied in the metal, melting, heating, quenching, annealing heat treatment, welding, heat, electric vacuum device to gas heating, semiconductor materials, refining, plastic heat sealing, baking and purification, etc, used in high frequency magnetic field under the action of the induction heating and its current caused by conductor heating. HGZ series intermediate frequency for IGBT or MOSFET inverter, and adopts DSP for accurate control, full digital intermediate frequency heater in field work ability stronger, meet the demand of various cold empty structure, reduce the loss of the system, and thoroughly eliminate the malfunction of equipment from a water system; Perfect restriction and protection measures enable the equipment to operate continuously and safely in various working conditions. II.PIPE WELDING ELECTRODE AND HEATING STRIP

Electrical Heater Band is designed for different type of steel pipe welding such as manual welding, semi-automatic welding and automatic welding. For other work, such as the rework port, it is also possible to use the welding electrode electric heating to ensure the stability of the heating temperature. Simple operation, fast heating, guaranteed welding quality, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, saving energy and cost.

III.FLAME HEATER

IV.FAR INFRARED HEATER

HGY series Far Infrared Heating equipment is designed for heating shrinkage and tempering the thermal shrinkage belt in order to meet the construction needs of the pipeline's thermal shrinkage belt. The equipment USES infrared radiation heating principle, USES the electric control technology to carry on the program control, realizes the thermal contraction belt automatically and the tempering. Because of technical requirements for heat shrinkable belt HGY series heater adopting electric control technology segmented far infrared heating, heating gradually outward from a center, make the thermal contraction with uniform on wall, don't produce the phenomenon such as bubble.
