Physical and chemical properties:

This product is a waxy odorless solid with long carbon chain and polar amide group in its molecular structure.

It has excellent surface activity and thermal stability. It is suitable for higher processing temperature, more durable smoothness and better anti-sticking effect. Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, flashpoint: 230 C, and the product is environmentally friendly and non-toxic(through non-toxic testing), allowing it to be used in food containers and food packaging materials(GB9685-2008), this product has passed SGS green environmental testing, in line with the EU RoHS environmental protection directive.

Application:

1. It can be used as smoothing agent and slip agent for PP, CPP, BOPP, LDPE, LLDPE,EVA, PVC, PVDF, PVDC, PU, multi-layer co-extrusion film, highlight transmittance agricultural film, ultra- high molecular weight polyethylene and metallocene polyethylene. It can significantly reduce the dynamic and static friction coefficient of the surface of products(film or sheet), improve the process ability and packaging efficiency.

2. It plays a smooth, anti-sticking and anti-fouling role in ink, delays the settling of pigments and fillers, helps to redisperse, increases the wear resistance, scratch resistance and surface smoothness of printed matter, especially improves its smoothness and anti-stickiness in color- matching printing.

3. Adding this product to rubber(SBE, SBP, SBR, PP) can improve the gloss, stain resistance and elongation of rubber products, enhance vulcanization promotion and wear resistance, especially prevent cracking in the sun.

4. It can be used as release agent and surface smoothing and brightening agent for thermoplastic elastomers(TPE, TEO, TPU), fluorine rubber, lubricant and release agent for engineering plastics, lubricant for LDPE calendering artificial leather, smoothing agent for fibers, non-woven fabrics and entertainment chips, lubricant for high wear-resistant materials such as PA(gear, axle sleeve, slide plate, etc.) and lubricant for ABS graphite fiber modified materials. The dispersant can be used as an effective anti-adhesion hot melt adhesive.

Packing

Compound bags are packed in 20kg/bag or 25kg/bag and 1000 kg/pallet.

When transported, direct sunlight and rain should be prevented. Storage period is one year. It is recommended to store it in a dark and dry ventilated place. It may cause caking or discoloration if it exceeds 35 C. It can still be used after one year's inspection.
