A : 2-5 pieces free samples are available and delivery time usually 2-3 days. Customized order samples which based on our products will take 5-10days. Proofing time of special and complex samples depends on the actual situation.

( Large order usually pay 30% deposit to start the production, balance will be paid when goods ready )

A : We supply 1 year products warranty. If the item is found to be defective in warranty,please contact us as soon sa possible, so that we can help to solve the problem at fastest rate : send back to our factory for repairing, or we send new one for you.
