liquid injection holes in power batteries. It mainly includes
processes such as battery scanning, loading, gross leak detection,
evacuation, helium filling, helium detection, and unloading. Then,
through the helium leak detector, it detects the helium gas signals
in the leak detection chamber, enabling high-precision, rapid, and
accurate judgment of the leakage situation of the workpiece. The
equipment can accommodate the detection needs of different
products, and it is a full-flow architecture helium leak detection
device with true background and no zero suppression.
