1.alloy drill bit:
The front of the water drill pipe jacking machine is equipped with
an alloy drill bit, even if it is rock, floor slab, non-metallic
solid objects, it can pass smoothly. When encountering solid
objects, it will not deviate or slip, but it will directly affect
the process speed. Please distinguish whether there are other
objects underground when using it. In general, the water drill pipe
jacking machine can use a straight jacking method. Note: (In the
case of small diameter and short length) In general, when the
diameter is less than 30-50MM and the length is not more than 49M,
direct jacking can be used without water injection, which greatly
saves working time.
2.automatic pulling back function:
The water drill pipe jacking machine uses a universal joint to pull
back the pipe material. During the rotation and pulling back
process, the pipe can be pulled back smoothly in the static
process. In addition, the soil conditions in the pipe are taken
into consideration during the development and production of the
machine. When pulling back, the front part of the universal joint
and the pipe is connected. A spiral excavation device is used. The
remaining soil during drilling can be pulled out at the same time
as the pipe with a rotating excavator. The small underground pipe
jacking machine adopts an automatic travel design and automatic
pulling back function. The main machine is connected to the gearbox
in one piece.
3.Main Structure:
The main structure of the water drill pipe jacking machine
equipment group consists of four parts. (1) The main part of the
water drill pipe jacking machine: mainly composed of two
double-acting hydraulic cylinders. (2) A hydraulic pump station of
the water drill pipe jacking machine, which is equipped with a
diesel engine pump station and an electric motor pump station
respectively. (3) Two supporting plates for the water drill pipe
jacking machine, which are used to fix the machine and support the
pit wall. (4) The top rod and pull head of the water drill pipe
jacking machine: their function is to push in and pull back to
expand the hole.
